思ったよりも小さいです（リスティングには大きさはあまり拡張されてない)。それにもかかわらず便利に使わせていただいてます。ただ、このセラーは他よりも3倍くらいの値段で販売してるからがっかりしてます（買った後に気づいて残念です）。

This massage ball has been great for treating the pain in my foot. The ball's firmness allows me to apply the right amount of pressure I need, without any compression. The soft rubbery coating makes it comfortable to use directly against the skin. It's the perfect size to really hit those small points of tension in my foot. The price point is a little high for what it is, but the product does work better than I expected.

The size is perfect, not too big, not too small. The softness is also perfect, not too hard and not too soft. And it helps alot.

I purchased this massage balls a couple of months ago. I use it mainly on massaging my hands. It helps to relieve the tightness on my fingers and palm. I found that this massage ball size is just right for massaging hands. It is soft enough on the hands but yet it is hard enough for massaging the hands.
