This showerhead is terrific! I STRONGLY recommend this product to others for installation and usage in their homes. I'm putting variations of this into all my bathrooms. The showerhead has exterior parts that are made from plastic. IMO, I don't mind that plastic material selection one bit. The exterior surface finish is great, having a high-quality appearance and feel. The plastic will not / cannot ever suffer corrosion degradation. The installation was easy! I REALLY liked that the threaded connections also included a rubber "Garden hose" style washer to make it EASY to attain a leak free installation. The operation is great. The high-water flow (2.5 GPM) doesn't have restrictors to decrease the flow. The click valve for selection of one, the other or both heads is easy and intuitive. There is a second on/off valve on the wand. The magnetic connection works great and is also very intuitive. The great big MISS by Moen is that they should start recommending to consumers that replacement of the generic 6" bent shower arm, to instead using their much longer 14" shower arm, will provide the desired / expected result. The short arm doesn't permit this very nice showerhead to hang properly, unless the spray is pointed MUCH too far sideways. The long arm instead permits EXACTLY the desired installation. ALMOST ALL of the review images show the installation w/ the short 6" shower arm An image is provided showing how / why a short 6" shower arm is appropriate for usage w/ a generic shower wand. The generic shower wand attaches at the base, unlike this Magnetix wand that attaches at the spray end.

My wife wanted a hand held but I didn't want to have it as the main shower head. So I knew I wanted a dual nozzle. I bought a different brand shower head which worked but for some reason the hand held was mounted above the main shower head which made it tough for short people, ex. my wife, from easily reaching it. I saw this one which mounts the hand held magnetically beneath the main shower head as a better solution. I also like the magnetic attach which added a cool modern touch. What I didn't like is the price! :( But given we shower every day and it's for our own home, I figure we were worth it. Install was fine. There was some difficulty in mounting the main shower head's ball joint connection to the shower arm. You just had to ensure you were using the flat surfaces with your wrench. You also want to make sure you don't over tighten your connections because it would compact and deform your washers out of place. Just tighten enough to be snug. Let the washers do the sealing vs. over-tightening. The build of the shower head, as most people have mentioned, is mostly plastic. Hard to say what to expect. Do I really want a fully metallic, heavy shower head? But for the price I paid, you feel like you should get more metal than plastic. I also bought this specifically for the claim that it does a great job maintaining a good water pressure. For some reason, my house has lower than average water pressure. This does what it claims, so that's great. I've had no problems with the shower head falling off. I do want to mention that I had to get a shower arm extender to get enough clearance for the hand held to sit more securely in the magnetic attach. Otherwise, it was was too close to the shower wall and I had to rotate the head to the side to make a solid connect, which did work. Overall, it's a nice shower head and we've been enjoying it so far.

The Moen dual Engage showerhead with a 6 inch rain had plus a hand held 3 inch showerhead with a magnetic hanger is the best showerhead I have ever bought with 2.5 gallons per minute of water flow. It's the strongest showerhead I have ever owned, and the hand held unit has six settings which solidly click into place. There is plenty of water pressure to quickly rinse the shampoo out of your hair. You can switch to the rain head or even both heads at once. If you looking for the massaging type showerhead, this is not the one for you. It does have a powerful fast pulsing setting though which is perfect for sore muscles or cleaning the shower. Installation was easy with no tools. Best of all, I was going to buy it at that famous big box home improvement store, but they offered no delivery or shipping on this item (store pickup only). I said the heck with that. I'll loook for it on Amazon Prime. Boom! With Prime I had it in 14 hours on my doorstep for 54% of what the big box store was charging. It was a very satisfying expereince and a great shower. Craig in Miami

Easy to install and works well overall. The only thing to note is the water pressure. We replaced a builder-grade Moen shower head that had extremely strong pressure almost uncomfortably strong after a few minutes so this was a noticeable change. The rain shower head itself has fairly low pressure, but the handheld attachment performs much better and has good, consistent pressure.

Love this shower head. It’s made of plastic and that’s probably my least favorite part. The hose is nice stainless steel. Has the magnet although I use a separate holder. Good pressure and setting options. Nice and wide on the overhead shower. The wand has a pause option. So nice 😊

This is more like a monsoon than a shower. Full body drenching and wonderful handheld piece with a pulsating jet for my sore back. Ease to install.

I like this shower head a lot. Just enough flexibility and the water pressure with the showerhead and the handheld sprayer.

Great shower head, lots of water flow and pressure. The hand held sprayer magnet is strong and holds it well. The silicon nubs clean off easily and will allow the calcium buildup from hard water to be removed easily. We should have replaced our shower head a long time ago. It comes with rubber gaskets so you don't need Teflon tape to install--I used a little on all 3 locations to be safe.

This product is very simple to install. The materials that make up the product are high-quality they feel solid and well built. It is not cheap plastic junk. As for functionality, it’s great that you can choose between the showerhead and the hand wand, or run both simultaneously. The extra magnetic head that you can purchase separately is also a nice feature. This allows you to mount the hand wand in a different location for a more full body shower experience. The cost is quite reasonable, given the functionality of this unit. I like that the hand wand has different settings that you can choose from. The hand one also gives you the added flexibility of using it to rinse down shower walls or shower glass when you’re doing a cleaning of your shower. All in all, this is a very good product from a very reputable company. I feel you can rely on the quality of Moen.

Really happy with my purchase. This shower head is easy to install and functions as advertised. I really like the multifunction controls the provide a variety of different spray patterns and the magnetic holder for the hand shower is a nice touch. This has been in use for a few months now and is used extensively by my kids. So far it is holding up very well.

Although the shower head is made of plastic, I was pleasantly surprised by its quality and sturdy construction. From the moment I installed it, the shower head has been a delight to use. The water pressure it provides is impressive. The wider shower head offers generous coverage. The addition of the handheld shower is a game-changer. It brings a whole new level of convenience. The handheld shower feels comfortable to hold and provides a consistent water flow. It’s very expensive compared to a lot of other good options, but I couldn’t find anything with its functionality elsewhere.
