Desde la incorporación de esta lámpara de 10,000 lúmenes, utilizada diariamente durante 40 minutos inmediatamente después de levantarme, mi cuerpo ha experimentado un notorio reajuste biológico. Actualmente, mi despertar ocurre de forma natural a las 03:20, sin necesidad de intervención externa. Este cambio evidencia la capacidad del dispositivo para optimizar el ciclo de sueño-vigilia. Por lo tanto, se le otorga una calificación máxima de 5 estrellas.

This has made a huge difference in my daughter’s life! She is studying ballet/ dance full time in the UK…The dreary weather difference of England from where she is from in America( and the fact that she walked to the school before light, no windows in studios, and walked home after 5pm in the winter) was getting her down. As soon as I got this for her( she used it while she puts on her makeup and eats her breakfast) she felt SO much better- happier and energetic! 😎👍🏻☀️

I originally bought this for my mother, but it was just too bright for her sensitive eyes (she has had cataracts and has the beginnings of macular degeneration). I will say, it is shockingly bright the first time you see it! My mom couldn't even tolerate it being just on her periphery. So, keep that in mind if you or whomever you are considering this for, has any eye issues. That being said, I still gave it 5 stars because I decided to try it out for myself, and I actually like it a lot! I use it almost every morning and I really do believe it helps me wake up, get energized and betters my mood. I have had low energy and depression issues quite often in my life (been on medication for years), and it does seem to get worse during the winter months. This lamp has really helped reduce the frequency and intensity of those issues. Even my cat likes to lay by it when I'm using it :) I am honestly grateful that my mom could not use this lamp! Side note: After hearing how it has helped me, she now wants to try one that has lower brightness settings. I will be purchasing one for her from this brand (Verilux) in the near future.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Living on the West Coast of Canada we have a lot of of the rain and clouds during the winter season. This light felt like an infusion of vitamin D. I keep it on while I'm working and the results were fast. More energy to do the things I want!

Je travaille de nuit et j'habite au Québec, donc mon horaire fait en sorte que je vois très peu la lumière du jour durant les longs mois d'hiver. La dépression saisonnière me frappe à chaque année. J'ai bon espoir que cette lampe m'aidera à améliorer ma qualité de vie. Je l'ai reçue hier et ma première séance est déjà faite. La lampe est très légère et simple d'utilisation. Elle peut se transporter facilement dans un sac ou une valise. J'apprécie particulièrement le pieds amovible qui nous permet d'ajuster l'angle de la lampe à notre guise, que ce soit de façon verticale ou horizontale. Je recommande!
