I have tried them myself but I am past the days of regular exercise so they are of limited use to me personally. These come is a quality branded tub, with a security seal when new (see image), and which is resealable. The gummies, like most of their type, have a pleasant fruity flavour. They are very 'sweet-like' in appearance and taste and therefore should be kept out of the reach of young children. If you are in the market for creatine then you already know of its claimed effects. I am aware of recent research that cast doubt on the actual creatine content of many gummies on the market (this particular brand was NOT tested, as far as I am aware), so always do your own research before buying any supplement. As for value for money, there are cheaper similar products available.
