Coffee in copious amounts is important to me and my job. I work nights. I drink it on my days off, too. Espresso Only, made on my excellent Hamilton Beach (Amazon) machine. Ground by my Capresso Burr Grinder(yep, Amazon). This seems to be pure Sumatran. Shiny fresh beans that have great aroma. I grind them a bit finer than normal espresso grind. Almost Turkish coffee fine, so it takes 25-30 seconds to make 2 to 3 ounces of gorgeous Espresso. I am a coffee snob. I only use Cuban Cafe Pilon Supreme beans or Sumatran(my fave) for my espresso. No sugar. Just grass fed butter and unflavored collagen powder(Bullet Proof Espresso). Sometimes some MCT oil too. Cheaper than Starbucks Sumatran which is about $1.00/ounce vs $.76/ounce. Hard to say which is better. They are quite close in every respect. I will give the edge to this coffee for being fresher. I will be buying a LOT of this from now on.
