Work great for me. Using my sleep apnea machine and I often would have my mouth open during the night which would alter the pressure. Had unsuccessfuly tried other chin straps before. This one worked the best by far it was very comfortable but stayed in place. Nice quality construction. It was supportive and comfortable yet kept my jaw and mouth closed so that he CPAP was more effective. Definitely will be buying more

This product doesn’t keep my mouth shut. It’s so frustrating, I need to find something to keep my mouth from drying out so I can use my CPAP, but this want the answer. The good comment, it feels soft. But it does mess with ears and after a few hours my ears really hurt. I don’t buy another product that has cut out ear holes.

This didnt prevent me from snoring at all and was super uncomfortable. Kept slipping off during the night. Also caused jaw pain.

1. this thing is thin and very flimsy 2. The material is slippery so not great for really keeping your mouth closed- just slides off skin 3. The side Velcro straps have no padding making it painful and uncomfortable to sleep in especially if you’re a side sleeper. Feels like pressure on your temples all night—not fun. I woke up with a headache because of this. 4. It could have been a defected item, but the ear holes on either side—one was much smaller than the other side so I could not even put my ear all the way through because of this. Made it a very strange and uneven feeling fit. 5. Doesn’t feel super strong when on-like I don’t think it actually helped me with the opening my mouth at night. I think because of the slick fabric and how it wasn’t strong elastic made it not work. BOTTOM LINE: maybe don’t buy medical products off Amazon. Especially a cheap Chinese brand.

Easy to wear once you figure it out. Much more comfortable than another heavier duty one I tried first.

This mask works extremely well. CPAP score improved significantly after switching to this mask. Very comfortable, quality fabric, and Velcro attachments are effective and not too bulky. Masks are not fashion items, but if you are interested in improved breathing while sleeping this works great.

Works as intended and comfortable

The quality is good, but it feels a bit tight and slightly uncomfortable for me. I also noticed it pulls on my hair a little. That said, it does help train your body to breathe through your nose, which is a plus. Once you figure out how the ear holes work, it’s easy to put on. I did end up taking it off in my sleep, but it seems to be helping me shift toward nasal breathing.
