I picked this up mainly out of curiosity, but it has actually been pretty useful to have around. The cans are compact, lightweight, and easy to carry or store, which makes them convenient for travel or keeping in a bag. The bursts are clean and easy to control, and it’s simple to use whenever you want a quick refresh. It’s especially nice after physical activity or when you just want a quick boost. The packaging feels solid and the cans lasted longer than I expected with normal use. Overall it’s a simple product that does exactly what it’s supposed to do, and I’m glad I decided to try it.

For those with COPD problems or other problems leading to shortness of breath, there is no better way to handle the existing situation than to inhale as deep as possible a breath of Boost and hold it as long as possible before exhaling.
