The flour is awesome, and I don’t know that I would ever go back to any other type. I suppose I should’ve read the description a little bit more carefully because I got a little surprise when these two tiny packages arrived. I’ll watch a little bit more carefully in the future, but it’s still worked just as good as a big package.
