These inserts are uniformly shaped with a little extra rounded/tapered padding at the base that tapers up to a thin padding at the top top. The sewing is uniform and comfortable at the edges and does not irritate my skin like some of the others I've tried. The fabric is smooth and very comfortable to wear. They fit nicely in even a slightly padded bra and actually provide better support in bralettes than the originally padding provided with bralette styles. I just swapped out the old pads and slipped a set of these into the side slits. They fit beautifully and stay put pretty well. The triangular shape may protrude a bit at the top of a bra, depending on the bra's cut, but, for me, these are a godsend. But do hand wash and air dry.

Excellent inserts. And special shout out on the return process!!! I had ordered the wrong size, and returned them with another item that came in the same order that was also getting returned. I thought the return label was for both items, but I was wrong. I packaged these inserts in the box with the other item that was being returned. After about a month of no refund, I figured "oh well, my fault, I will be more careful next time". Nope! Some wonderful person either at Amazon or this company figured it out, and I just got my funds returned! Meanwhile, I have been very happy with the inserts that were the correct size. No "puckering" on the surface like some do. These fit my bra with removeable inserts very well. I would buy these again, especially from this vendor!!

OMG these are perfect. I did not realize I needed these at first. I put them in a cute cotton front closure sporty bra and it finally looked right!. I’m almost 70 and need more structure AND comfort! The longline bras I just purchased on line were nice but had no cups whatsoever. I’m somewhere between a B and a C so I sized up for the band. My boobs looked like sad little raisins in that bra that was far from cheap and the free silicone nipple covers did not really help. These inserts were soft, comfortable with a little push-up action—not for some crazy cleavage but for a nice little lift for the girls.

I can appreciate how lightweight, smooth, and well-made these inserts are. However, they are a far cry from being ideal. I really like the concept of a thin, natural insert that offers discretion while still letting your shape shine through, and these come very close in theory. In practice, however, the coverage just isn’t sufficient for larger breasts. In my case, the inserts were noticeably smaller than the ones that originally came with my sports bras and did not fully cover my breast. The coverage simply wasn’t there, which led to shifting and defeated the purpose of replacing them in the first place. If you’re on the smaller end of a D cup, or even a C, these may work beautifully for you. If you’re truly fuller-busted, even the D/E option may leave you wanting more. For context, I ordered the D/E size. I typically wear a 36D–36DD, depending on the brand.

I was really impressed with these inserts. I ended up ordering more than once due to not knowing what size is best. I am giving five stars as I can tell the quality is very good but might have to search for thinner inserts. As I am not used to padding, it feels a bit much for me but that is probably due to my newness to inserts. There is extra padding on the bottom which helps me know I am putting the inserts in the right way. So great quality but might find some that are not quite as substantive.

Comfortable and sturdy bra inserts for my sports bra! Love the material and how it is designed with the extra support at the bottom of the pad unlike the typical bra inserts. Well designed and great price for 4 pairs

I got a c/d cup and these are more catered for b and c cups in my opinion. These were purchased for a top for a crochet project. I guess I’ll try d/e and see how it works out. Update: I received the larger size…….its less than a cm larger….its a joke. I’m so disappointed. The smaller one is c/d. The “larger” one is d/e. Just find another brand. These aren’t good.

It's actually very good... Quality the sizing too . Pricing for 4 pairs of it was quite reasonable

These pads were supposed to be for larger breasts. I've waited over a month and they're too small. So disappointed.
