Solid and quiet cheap so nothing to complain on at all. Used them daily for some time now and are happy with the quality. Sure there are nicer options out there but sadly more expensive dont mean more effective. Great addition for a home gym.

No es la primera vez que compro mancuernas de esta marca, y repito porque estoy encantada con ellas. Tanto las mancuernas como las kettlebels llegan muy bien protegidas, y me gusta muchísimo la calidad que tienen. Muy buen agarre. El envío me llegó antes de lo previsto.

めっちゃ使いやすいです 滑りにくいし 重量も豊富に選べるので良い 金属製とかで おもりを付けたり外したりする奴は使いにくいので、絶対こっちの方がいいです まずは5キロくらいから始めるのがオススメです
