Kamut is a type of WHEAT. Yupik makes NO claims this is gluten free. It is however, wonderful for anyone w. sensitivity to oats. ☺ Love their rolled Barley (not gluten free) and quinoa flakes (gluten free) for making granola!! Fresh, good quality flakes. Delicious as cooked cereal or added to baked goods (although, granola is still our favorite!) ♥ Find Yupik brand to be consistently fresh/ quality products at fairly reasonable prices. I've purchased several types of flakes, grains, seeds (quinoa, sesame) Very Happy with everything.

We love to add kamut flakes in our muesli. Purchased many times. Highly recommended.

I love the taste and texture of kamut wheat. I bought this for making my own granola because every commercial granola is too sweet for my taste. The taste and quality of this product is good, but it's not really rolled out fully into flakes, so granola comes out like horsefeed. Even though it didn't serve the purpose I bought it for, it still makes a very good hot cereal, so that's how I will use it. I would buy it again for cereal, but I have to look for something else for making my granola.

Great spelt flakes. Just note there is an error on the nutrition facts. The serving size should be listed as 1/4th cup, not 1/8th. 1/4 of a cup weighs 30 g not 1/8.
