Bandai Hobby Going Merry Model Ship One Piece

Really fun, although this one has too many stickers that are some times hard to get in place. All the instructions were in japanese but really straightforward.

Being a One Piece fan I just had to get a model ship of The Going Merry as well as The Thousand Sunny. My review for the Merry and the Sunny will probably be very similar so if you want to check that out you can but it isn't necessary. I haven't put them together yet. I wasn't planing on buying any model kits because I honestly didn't want to put the time into putting them together. After the episode when they had to say goodbye to Merry it broke my heart and I just had to have The Going Merry. Now getting to my review I would like to point out that there is an option to paint. It isn't required because it does come with stickers to put on the Merry but I almost would recommend painting it because it'll be leaving out a lot of detail if you don't. The stickers just cover the basic stuff. You could totally just put it together and toss it on your shelf and it'd still look fine if you really wanted too. I'm probably going take the time to paint it. This kit does come with a manual but it's unfortunately all in Japanese. There are pictures that show you what to do and how to put it together so that's a plus. I can't read Japanese so I will have to look for a translation for the painting guide. I did happen to find the painting guide in English for The Sunny. The kit also comes with small figures of the crew. I took a picture of them next to a quarter to help you see a size compassion. Because I have yet to put this together I can't tell you for certain how big it will turn out. It almost looks like it may end up being bigger than The Thousand Sunny model. Which kind of bugs me because it's suppose to be smaller. I also provided a picture of the base of both boats. Again I have yet to put either of these models together because I still need to get the paint for them so I could be wrong about how big the finished product will be. I really don't have much of a review for this product yet because I haven't put it together or painted it yet so once I am able to do that I will edit my review and I'll have more pictures of it so you can see it finished.

Davvero molto bella una volta montata! I pezzi sono tutti perfetti e precisi, compresi gli adesivi! Come già detto, i personaggi sono piccoli e da dipingere, non so se mai lo farò, ci vuole una mano davvero ferma e precisa, oltre che i colori adeguati :) ! Nonostante le dimensione sono ben dettagliati, in ogni caso. Le dimensioni della Nave completata sono: - lunghezza = circa 28 cm - larghezza = circa 21 cm - altezza = circa 30 cm comprensiva di piedistalleo Ci sono diversi adesivi da mettere, ma il risultato è davvero soddisfacente, serve parecchia pazienza... Per gli stemmi delle vele ci sono 2 tipi di adesivi, uno classico ed uno più professionale da attaccare usando l'acqua. L'unico mio dispiacere è per il basamento, che è interamente dorato, pensavo ci fossero gli adesivi per l'effetto legno, invece è da dipingere. Avendo però la trama del legno, una volta dipinto renderà meglio di un adesivo, credo. Tempo di realizzazione da parte mia: 5 ore con molta precisione Unica avvertenza: usate MOLTA accortezza nello staccare i pezzi, soprattutto per quanto riguarda le ringhiere bianche... sebbene siano abbastanza resistenti, se viene applicata troppa forza si rischiano di rompere... purtroppo ho rotto un parapetto mentre lo staccavo ed ho dovuto usare l'attack per rimediare e risistemare tutti i "paletti" ed il parapetto superiore... Una volta staccati in ogni caso sono abbastanza solidi!

Très bien pour découvrir et s'ouvrir aux maquettes. Mons fils a adoré, à la fois le sujet (passionné de One Piece) et la maquette. Un peu surpris en voyant que le bateau était à assembler, mais quand il s'y est mis, il a vite été rassuré par le caratère aisé du montage par "clips". Seul les autocollants ont posé un peu problème, mais tout dépend de l'importance qu'on apporte au soin des détails. Bon et beau produit, n'hésitez pas!

Buena reproducción, no le falta detalle. Necesitarás pinturas para los personajes y algún detalle que no viene (naranjas en los árboles), pero por lo general queda bastante completo con las pegatinas que trae. Instrucciones en japonés, muy fáciles de seguir. Recomiendo pegar los vinilos antes de la construcción (aquellos que se pueda, otros han de ponerse una vez ensambladas ciertas piezas). Emplea cúter para las piezas grandes y unas tijeras pequeñas para pulir los detalles de las cuerdas (son más delicadas). Tardé unas 4 horas en montarlo todo.

I am a crazy fan of One Piece! Loved every second of putting this baby together!! The detail and precision of this product is just amazing and unbelievable. Has taken over the ❤💞 hearts of everyone at home. Couldn't expect any less from the great Bandai!! My best buy of 2020. Thank you guys.
