WOW!!!! BUY THIS ONE
I love this product so far. I just received it today, so I will come back and update if anything changes. It's aul hard drive. I bought it for my MacBook Air, which has only 8GB of RAM. I need to run a Virtual Practicum app for my Forensic Nursing Practicum. First off, it fits in the palm of your hand and comes with two thick C-type connection cables. I installed and launched my very large practicum app with no issues. Also, I was able to run the app for 2 hours (the 1st full assessment) without issue. Other reviewers stated it gets a little hot, which is my only complaint. However, it did not affect performance, and it cooled down within seconds once I ejected it. I absolutely love it. I decided on 2TB of storage. I cleared my entire desktop of the 12+ PowerPoint presentations, plus the hundreds of papers and discussion posts I wanted to save from my MSN Forensic Nursing program. Next, I will attach it to my iPhone 17 and transfer the photos from my phone to it. I wish I had purchased this much sooner. I am looking for a small case for it. It would be nice if the company could create one or even bundle a compatible case for it. Definitely buy this one. It's super small and super fast (plug-and-play).

Very nice external hard drive
I have been quite pleased with this external hard drive. I have a new Mac Pro, and this device is simply plug and play, with no problem whatsoever. I was able to backup up my computer very quickly; the device is quiet; and I have had no problems with it overheating. I highly recommend it. For the price, I’m not sure you can beat it.

Fast and convenient
What a great little drive. It even came with two different cables to make it more versatile. It’s compact, easy to use and very, very fast. I highly recommend it.

compact and easy to use - literally, just plug in and go! and it's so small!! it's the size of a car key-fob! but it holds a ton! i would so buy again!

External Drive Review
It’s very compact! And super easy to install! With it pairing so quickly without having to format it or wipe the drive beforehand! Very sturdy too as I believe it can take a small tumble or two and function just as fine. However, the only issue I have is it runs a bit warm. That may just be my drive though!

It's small and fast
Now is probably a terrible time to be writing a review since I've only had it for a week. It's supposed to be twice as fast as the WD ssd devices I already had and it probably is but it can only be as fast as the the drive that the data is being transferred to or from. Keeping that limitation in mind it's a great little unit and with the Lenovo laptop I used it on it has performed flawlessly.
