Sometimes a store brand is equal to a more expensive item. Capers shouldn’t be too expensive nor too salty which many times are the case with Italian brands or Specialty condiments. These fill my need for recipes like Chicken Picatta or Pork Chops Pizziola, and I save a little cash.
