How long will the filter remain useable when attached to the Mira mask,stored in it's carrier? (ready for deployment),3mo,6mo ,ect

Depends on air quality and how dense your local cbrn attack is in the air. Some canister could be used up with compete saturation of filtered poison . Others could last 30/60 days without use and even longer depending on what type of filtering you will need

will this fit a 3M 6700?

It will fit any mask that takes a 40 mm filter all NATO gas mask will take a 40 mm filter

Can this filter carbon monoxide?

Carbon Monoxide is a dangerous gas and can displace breathable air in a poorly ventilated, enclosed space. CBRN filters are not an effective solution and should not be used in any oxygen deficient environment. 20,000 emergency room visits every year are caused by CO poisoning. The best solution for CO is to ventilate area well with fresh air. To ensure you can work in an environment with CO you need an SCBA (self-contained breathing apparatus) and appropriate training.
