Great product
I purchased this red light therapy mat for a friend to try. I wanted to relieve some of her back pain that she’s been dealing with for a while. She used the mat for a few weeks and said her back never felt better. With continued use most of her pain subsided. Seeing her results, I may purchase one for myself. We had some questions and emailed the company and the response was quick and informative. If you have some pain maybe you should grab one for yourself!

Good Size and good options
The light and controller is great. My only issue is with the stiff clear plastic cover. Didn't stay on when using the light. I opted to leave it off. I wanted a lot of coverage for legs and back and it is perfect for them.

Not really good
I didn’t like the plastic sheet on top of it. It was sticking to my skin and the product did not really provide relief.

Pro's and con's
850 mode on it's own does not work. But when you put it in "all" mode both the 650 and 850 work together. I don't imagine I'll ever want to use both modes separately so I kept the unit as I know I will always have it set on "all". The wires connecting this unit to an outlet get extremely hot. Do not leave this unit unattended and always unplug when not used. I just don't trust it. It's easy to use and plenty of lights for your money compared to other models. I love how large it is and the quality of the unit was well thought out

Back pain relieve
I worked too long and my pack is a little bit soar. My friend asked me to try the red light therapy pad. I bought this one and use P4 for half hours. It really helped relieve my back pain. Amazing product. Thank to the designer.

Awesome!
I was skeptical that it would help my back, but I could not recommend this more. I use it almost nightly for 30 minutes. Totally recommend.
