Arrived promptly, sturdy in structure, like all the different types of blades and that it has a container to catch what you cut. Did a great job on onions and potatoes and love the piece that you attach to the top of food to protect your fingers from being cut. Wii definitely get a lot of use

Sadly, this did not slice potatoes easily, which was my primary reason for buying it, so I had to send it back. I ended up slicing off part of my fingernail while struggling with my russet potatoes. I'm fine, and it was my own fault for not being as careful as I should have. That said, I did like the sleek design and how the blades store directly inside the mandoline, so everything is contained in one place. There are also 6 different blades to choose from. Despite the fact, it didn't work for potatoes, it was great for cucumbers, zucchini, and other softer vegetables. It was also easy to clean, and comes with a brush to help with any veggies that might get stuck. It's a good value and seemed fairly sturdy. It just didn't meet my needs.

I used it at least ones a week for carrots and radishes. Fast and easy to use and clean. I love the brush that comes with the set.

My first slicer arrived with a big crack in it but I requested a replacement and it arrived quickly with no hassles! This slicer is great and works perfect for me to slice vegetables. The blades are indeed very sharp so one needs to be careful and use the food holder, which is included. For the price, I think this is a great value. Would definitely recommend.

have not used all of the attachments yet ( the twister part) but the holder and the slicer work great, made wonderful apple slice for dehydrating
