Disappointed with incorrect sizing and lack of resolution
I recently requested a refund after receiving the wrong shoe size. I had ordered a size 39 but was sent a size 38.5. When I tried them on, they were incredibly tight, and I could barely squeeze my feet in. I was shocked to discover they had hidden the actual size with a white sticker, which made the mistake even more frustrating. I expected them to resolve the issue by sending a replacement, but instead, they simply refunded me without any effort to fix their error. This experience was very unprofessional and left me feeling extremely disappointed with their service.

Naturalized never disappoints me. Shoes are so pretty and comfortable. Amazon suggested to size up and I did. I'm 7.5 and I purchased size 8. They are perfect fit. I love Naturalizer. Highly recommend them. Go and buy them.

Beautiful shoes but wrong size. Size chart for Naturaliser shoes does not match what is on the shoe label. Smaller than what was expected. Returned for this reason only. Recommend upsizing by 1/2 to 1 size.
