Works really well on oily hair! Doesn’t get too itchy like other products. The smell is quite strong but it’s not distasteful. You definitely need to make sure to spread it out because it does come out whiteish. I have dark brown hair so as long as I distribute it within my scalp, the white cast goes away.

I was researching dry shampoos and this one was recommended. After trying it, I’d say it’s mid. The scent is fairly strong (not as strong as Amika), and I felt like I had to use a good amount of product to notice any difference, even when it had only been 1 day since shampooing. Definitely not worth the money.

wowzer this crap is heavy duty dry shampoo. Great for like day 12/“should’ve washed my hair days ago” kind of hair. Will sop up the greasiest of grease and provide much needed volume. That being said, it almost does it too well—makes hair feel caked and unnatural; definitely not something to run your hands through (but then again, neither is the alternative). The scent is ok but not my fave, and it is fairly strong (an fyi if you’re sensitive to smells). The price could be better too. Nevertheless, this has a spot in my hair care shelf for those ultra greasy days when you might otherwise want to wear a hat. Just be sure to wash your hair soon after.

I pay a lot to have my hair colored only to dull the color with frequent shampooing bc my scalp is so oily. This sops up oil and makes my hair look like I just washed it. Best ever and I have tried many.

To preface, I very rarely take the time to write reviews. I think I’ve probably written three ever in my life. This dry shampoo/texture spray is SO good that I gotta up that to four. I bought the smaller bottle to try this out, and will definitely be ordering the full-size without hesitation before this one runs out. This dry shampoo does the fundamental job it sets out to do - conceals hair that may not be the freshest. Beyond that, it works as a texturizer for bounce and hold unlike any other product I’ve tried. Bonus: it smells dreamy (in my opinion). It’s clean and sexy - my bf even commented on how good my hair smelled the first time I used it. My one tip - let it set for at least 30 seconds - a couple mins before really massaging it in and styling. Works so well, I like my hair better with this than freshly washed. This product is a YES

This is by far the most expensive dry shampoo I've ever purchased, and simultaneously the least effective, worst smelling crap I've ever put in my hair. It leaves my hair feeling even worse than the greasy mess I'm trying to cover up in the first place. I highly doubt I'll ever use it again and I'm extremely disappointed. It's a huge let down for a good brand and a higher priced product. This isn't me just being a stickler either, I am usually a chronic 5-star rater because I recognize products aren't going to be perfect but holy cow this isn't even good. Not Your Mother's knocks this out by a landslide in all categories, 1.) Amount 2.) Price 3.) Quality 4.) Packaging design 5.) Volume 6.) No white cast 7.) Not leaving a disgusting texture in hair Overall, upset, waste of money, throwing it out.

The best dry shampoo I ever tried. Expensive but last long. Good purchase.
