Simple and Convenient!
What I really like about this tool is how easy it is to use. There’s no complicated setup—just grab it and go. It fits well into my daily routine and makes tasks that used to take longer much quicker and easier. Perfect for anyone who wants something hassle-free

Board is hard and uncomfortable but it does stretch back well
I have mixed reviews on this product. Low tech way to back stretch and seems to do the job it was designed for but I find the material a little cheaply made. The board is uncomfortable itself. I think a little padding goes a long way: I added it myself. Takes a while to get used to. Was difficult to stretch my back at first, but it has gotten easier. Thick plastic board but air pillow moves around.

Company Bad Practice
This was so hard it was painful to lay on. Sent it back and the company said it required a box even though they didn’t send it in a box so I had to spend $5.50 for a box!! This company should reimburse the cost! Will never order from them again!!

Not helpful
I have severe back issues. Several herniated discs, spinal stenosis, bone spurs, and other things. I was trying to find something to stretch my back to help it some. This is not the product. It is not made well and you use a pump to add air to it so it is not easy to use either.
