Conforme à la description. 10 minutes à installer et à connecter sur mes appareils. J’ai créer mon compte pour l’encre gratuite. Tout ce fait très bien. L’impression est de bonne qualité. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Très facile d’utilisation.

I needed a new printer. I always loved HP printers. There easy to set up and also you can apply for new ink cartridges. They send you new ones after you sign up with them. I also get their printer paper . Its only 10 dollars a month. Well worth it. Print cartridges are insanely over priced. This works for me. I have had this printer for 6 months. This is my 2nd one. The first one never broke. It just became outdated. I had it for 6 years. Best printers ever made.

Great printer. Easy to set up and operate. I replaced an older, larger HP that died over the course if a week, seamlessly and without many problems (aside from the ‘human verification’ puzzle which only gets progressively harder with each failed attempt). I even transferred the HP Instant Ink subscription to this printer without much hassle.

Easy to setup and does everything I need in a home printer

I'm not sure what to think of this printer. I ran into an immediate problem since my computer is on a 5 ghz network and the printer requires a 2.4ghz network (not disclosed in the ad as AFAIKT). I finally got it to work with a wired 5 ghz connection and a 2.4 ghz wireless connection to my computer but don't really understand how. It seems to require that you run your print jobs thru the HP Smart app. The process to get the printer working took a couple of hours. Edit: One of the most important things that a printer can do is make prints. That seems to be too much to ask of this machine. Another bit of weirdness is having to use print cartridges that you get by mail with a subscription from HP. I guess this is why the printer is so cheap - there's a continuous stream of income to HP from the ink cartridge subscriptions. Apparently bad stuff happens if you try to use a non-HP cartridge in it. The shipping box was very resistant to any attempts to remove the printer. I finally had to tear it apart to get the printer out. Edit 1/15/2026 Out of desperation I needed a print today so gave this printer another chance. I finally got it connected and was able to get one print made. Then it went offline again and I couldn't get another print made. This printer is no longer sold on Amazon. I guess we can figure out the reason. I'm just sorry I missed the return window.
