Oh My This is GOOD Vinegar. I didn't know what to expect and what I received I could never have imagined. When you taste it for the first time, you know it's vinegar BUT.... The flavor is hard to describe. I will say it's sweet, as vinegars go, with a taste that is reminiscent of chocolate, good chocolate, not cheap chocolate. It is really good and adds a whole new level of flavor to any food. A MUST tray for any foodie. If you like new food tastes, just buy it. You can thank me later. I would definitely buy this vinegar again! The taste is amazing, it a game changer when added to sushi, soups and rice noodles.

Worked well in a recipe I had that called for it. Flavor is unusual - I liken it to my experience with Fish Sauce, which smells terrible but adds remarkable taste. Tasting just the vinegar was initially disappointing but it worked well in the dish.

I use this when stir frying, grilling, roasting etc. and love how it enhances the flavor of all dishes. Careful not to use too much. A little is all it takes for that wonderful umame.
