J’ai acheté le set de couteau Slice&Sharpen de Joseph Joseph, qui comprend un couteau d’office et un couteau de chef, avec des aiguiseurs en céramique intégrés aux fourreaux de protection. Je trouve ce produit très astucieux et efficace, car il permet d’aiguiser les lames juste avant de les utiliser, en les glissant dans les fourreaux. Les couteaux sont de bonne qualité, avec des lames en acier inoxydable anti-adhésives et des poignées ergonomiques. Ils sont faciles à nettoyer et à ranger, et ils coupent très bien. Je recommande ce produit à tous ceux qui cherchent des couteaux pratiques et performants. C’est un set indispensable dans ma cuisine.

Quality looks Good . Yet to use.

Love this set! Has not shown any signs of scratching on the blades after a few months of use. The ceramic sharpener on the cover is also a great idea and really does keep the blade nice and sharp with regular use. Just a few gentle strokes does it and as long as it’s done regularly, that’s all it needs.
