Its useless to contact with Jet Souq. Very Poor service and customers are not satisfied with them. Review: So I’ve been rocking the Ulefone Armor 30 Pro for a few days now and honestly? It's built for people who do things, go places, and not afraid to use their phone. Not your average pretty phone—it’s got utility, power, and durability. First of all, the battery on this thing barely dies. I didn’t charge it for three days and it was still kicking. Perfect for road trips, festivals, or just being lazy about plugging stuff in. It lights up dedicated lights from the front and back of phone, depending on what you’re doing—calls, music, whatever (you can even set it to flash your camera light if needed!). That said, it is heavy—like, you won’t forget it’s in your hand/pocket, but that’s kinda the point for me, I use my phone as a tool, not a kids toy. It feels tough, like if you dropped it during a concert or while hiking, you wouldn’t panic. Plus it comes with a screen protector for the main screen. Taking pics is easy and quick. There’s a button just for that, so no swiping around when your friends are doing something hilarious. The camera’s sharp too, even in low light. Whether you’re hanging at the beach, filming your dog doing weird stuff, or blasting music from its insanely loud speaker, this phone is made for moments you wanna share. And yeah, you can charge other people’s phones with it—instant hero move. IR blaster, for when you lose the remote. Lastly for me, I was very surprised about the amount of battery-saving and security features that were included with this phone and the amount of thought that was put into the customization of all the feature sets, all can be changed and customized to your liking via settings app. Kudos to their team for thinking and properly implementing everything around the customizations and apps, I was not expecting that. I can tell this phone was developed by parents that hand their phones off to their kids. If you are one of these parents, there's apps included in this phone that will let you set it so that it is 'kid-friendly', you can set the rules on which data source phone can connect to, which apps they can use, even a screen timer. Very thoughtful stuff!!

I was looking for a phone that wouldn't shatter if dropped, could be used by pool and wouldn't overheat in the sun. This phone fit all categories. I've only had the phone a couple of weeks, but so far, it's working well. The phone has features that I probably would not use, but it's nice to have the option. The speaker is loud and can be used instead of playing music on a separate speaker via Bluetooth. It stays charge for at least 2 days which is amazing considering I'm on it playing music, videos and texting all day. The only thing that I'm not a fan of is it tends to hide some apps and makes me open them using my play store and I can't figure out how to move apps to home screen, user error, I'm sure. I have had to restart it a couple of times due to it locking up or not ringing. The phone is heavier than most and is also thick. The picture quality is not as good as my Samsung Ultra 22, but not too many phones are. I do like the night vision camera, very clear in pitch darkness and it says can take pictures under water. For the price this is an amazing phone.

To put this review into perspective, it is done by one who has lot of miles under the belt. Know how to operate a rotary land line phone and was not born with a smartphone in my hand. The phone arrived well packaged and has a mighty charger that gets the job done pronto. Also the battery with expeditious use of the phone last for more than a few days. Good feature. Add to that the phone is heavy which to some is a downside. I can live with heavy. Usually heavy means well built. It runs on Android 14 which is a very respectable operating system and for the most part reasonably easy to use. This phone replaced a somewhat high end cell that had their own version of Android 15. The operating system was far from intuitive, wanted to run the phone and was very effective at confusing the operator. Add to that this brand has no support which leaves one feeling like they are on a deserted island. My experience with Ulefone is support has been prompt and effective based on using other Ulefone devices. In my book support is worth 2 stars on it’s own. The dual monitors is a bit confusing but getting the hang of it. It is like having a second screen for a laptop. Additional real estate has always worked for me. Overall liking the phone and look forward to a long relationship.

Not my first Ulefone, but this phone has been trash. I expected more but it has failed to meet my expectations. Call clarity is off no one can ever hear me, screen freezes, photos are not clear, videos blurry, no real messaging app you have to download your own. Purchased 4 months ago, unboxed 2 months after that which means after only 2 months of use this thing is falling behind in total useability and it's functional purpose. I only use for calls, photos and basic features.

I bought this phone thinking of something durable and functional for my active days, and the truth is, it exceeded my expectations. It's perfect for those of us who are always on the go, whether on walks, hikes, trips, or just hanging out with friends. Despite its rugged appearance, it's not as heavy as it seems and can actually withstand drops without a problem. On the technical side, I was surprised by how good the sound is: it has a stereo-quality speaker and an RGB light halo that gives it a different touch. The screen is next-level, with FHD+ resolution at 120Hz; it looks incredible, like having a mini portable cinema in your hand. I was satisfied with the cameras, especially the night vision one, which works quite well. It's not the most powerful phone when it comes to gaming, but it runs demanding titles at low resolution without getting too hot, so it's fine for occasional gaming. What I liked most was the fluid second screen and the programmable buttons, which are super useful, in addition to the enormous battery that has lasted me up to five days with constant use of YouTube, videos, and games. I can even charge other devices with it. In short, it's a phone worth every penny if you're looking for a versatile device with a good multimedia experience and long-lasting battery. -From Panama 🇵🇦.
