Exactly as described. I bought these because they are for small faces and they fit perfectly. However, the case I received was different than the one pictured. I received a hard shell case, not the pouch as shown.

This the second time I've ordered these in a year because they are so cute, but the first ones stretched out so much I couldn't wear them Tightening the screws did not help This order came in a pink case instead of the classic green that's shown on the Kate Spade website so I'm not sure if they're knockoffs but I hope they last longer than the last ones for the high price!
