Lovely in soups
Im still on soup's. But it does ramp up the end result. Im not on ramen yet still not confident of amount and timing. I forget that it should not be added to boiling water.There is no complaints here. When i get the delivery it’s always wrapped up well and it has no bumps or chips in the glass. The jars will come in for good use. Enjoy the miso its never gone wrong only other ways to add it. Clearspring has more than miso, check them out.
