Love this pan!!! Its like a professional one at less cost. no warping. I seasoned it with light rub of oil at 400 for 20 mins and cooled 20 min 3 times in a row along with other pans and skillets. Great for bacon so far!!! Other reviews commented on the rack being made in china and only heat to 400. The rack is sturdy as can be and cleaned up nicely after cooking bacon. and my thoughts about heating over 400? Maybe take the silicon feet off first? I havent done it yet but wouldnt be afraid to put some heat to it. 5 stars from me. Nordic Ware Rocks!!!

I’ve used the Nordic Ware Half Sheet with Grid (17.9″ × 12.9″) in aluminum and couldn’t be happier. The size is ideal for baking, and the quality is outstanding. When baking cookies (without using the rack), I got no burnt bottoms, and the cooking was very even—no hot or under-cooked spots. On another occasion I used the included rack to cook bacon, and it came out crispy and delicious, with the grease drained away nicely and the bacon elevated for even browning. What I especially like: The roomy half-sheet size gives plenty of space for a full batch of cookies or bacon strips without overcrowding. The materials: cast-aluminum construction with a reinforced rim gives excellent heat distribution and prevents warping. The fact that it’s marketed as PTFE-free, chemical-free and “an all-natural” surface — which gives me extra confidence in food safety. Only used it once so far but love it! Easy to hand wash, not too big, it’s such good quality

Great pan. I oil it before I use it but if anything does stick a little baking soda and hot water soak and everything washes off easily. It doesn't bend at high temperatures. The rack is oven safe however you must remove the little "feet" it comes with and the max oven temp is lower than the pan because it has a nonstick coating on it. Overall a great quality and exactly what I was looking for.

Nice heavy sheet. Helps to keep cookies and other baked goods from burning on the bottom before the top is cooked. The grid has a tight weave which makes it perfect for cooling cookies or breads as well as cooking bacon to keep it out of the fat

These are great pans and the build quality is obvious. My only complaints are that they are a little pricey and the instructions should better emphasize the need to remove the protective covers on the grid feet. I think most folks would not bother to read instructions for a cookie sheet so maybe there should be an "IMPORTANT - READ THIS" insert. I didn't remove the protective feet caps on the first pan I bought. I decided to read the instructions for the second one because it only came with 3 out of 4 protective feet caps. It was only then that I learned that the rubber (maybe silicone?) caps are there to protect scratches during shipment. A big plus: these are made in the USA and not Chinese junk!

Of course I think Nordicware can't be beat. Hasn't warped with high heat but I don't take it over recommended heat. Heavier than most which helps. Isn't cheaply made.

Natural aluminum conducts heat evenly. The grid is oven-safe and promotes airflow. Made in USA, warp-resistant. These are the sheet pans that last decades. Minimal stickiness and great value for money, thickness and size.

Perfect baking solution for easy cleaning and use. No fuss about temperatures you can use it at, it just works.

Good pan, but wrong dimensions W - 45.5cm., L -33cm. Too bad it did not fit my oven by 2cm.

I've used it a few times for cookies and making pita breads, the ones that puff up like a pocket in a high temp oven for short period. It hasn't warped and was easy to clean each time, still looks as good as new.
