Long battery life, clear sound quality, good fit even without the ear loop, and excellent bluetooth connectivity. One thing that puzzled me was how to view the battery status lights to see how much battery was remaining. It's not in the manual, but customer service told me to simply double tap the down volume key when the headset is powered on. Ah ha! Works like a charm. Each status light represents 1/4 (25%) battery life. So, three lights indicates that the battery has 75% power remaining. Hope this helps. ☺️

The Bluetooth is great but the ear piece is not very flimsy. It don't hold on to Bluetooth. It's very easy to lose..

Audio output is very clear and crisp. People on the other end of my calls report the same great sound quality. Lightweight and comfortable enough to wear for 8 hours straight at work every day. Fuss-free pairing and connection.

The ear piece is very good Though it lacks a bit more of noise reduction or cancellation. It has a very Good battery and great Sound quality.

Would select 0 stars if it was an option. Not sure what all the reviewers are raving about, but this product is faulty, and doesn't even come with a manual. The ear piece is flimy silicone and won't stay fitted to your ear. The ear pieces are also silicone, and dont fit to your ear. I replaced both with parts from my plt 70, and it fixed the stay on ear issue, but now audio is always distorted or keeps disconnecting from any device I've tested on (laptop, android and ios) There's also no online manual. Can you mute on these? What is the actual functionality on device. Would be nice if you include that in your product details
