We use this to bring drawing supplies along on trips to pretty much anywhere there may be a long wait-- long car rides, restaurants with a wait list, etc. It holds little notebooks and has enough room for pencils, pens, crayons, and stickers. It doesn't take up much space, so it's not disruptive to pull it out whenever we need an offline activity for kids. It's a stable base for drawing anywhere.

This is a pretty cool idea, a clipboard with storage for a few things. The storage is mostly good for keeping paper, not so much pencils and other things, unless I want them rattling about inside. The largest interior space, though big enough to hold say a set of markers, they would need to have their own flat case to prevent them getting jumbled up. I still like the idea of this clipboard and not sure how to improve on the space without limiting its possible uses. It feels reasonably sturdy and things inside feel secure with the side clip. I doubt it would hold up to being dropped so more of an art type of clipboard than one for say an outdoor job site. The top is smooth and comfortable for writing. I worry a bit about the longevity of the clip for paper as it did have to be installed. I may put some lock tite on that to make sure it holds.

Well made perfect size for making lists or taking notes when at a meeting ! Plenty of room inside for pamphlets or a calculator if you can’t have your phone with you ! Holds a junior legal pad perfectly !

The clasp for the storage box is sturdy and it holds a lot. I love that the pen holder adjusts to any size. The item is compact but has a lot of features.

I bought this to hold the sermon notes at church. Love that it’s just a little thicker than my Bible and the pen holder works great. I am able to store the half page sermon notes and a small pencil case inside while still having easy access to them. The clip is sturdy and I don’t have to worry about it sliding off while taking notes. The only question I have is the mechanism to use for opening and closing the clipboard. So far it’s holding up well but I have only had it a few weeks. Due to it being plastic I am not sure how long before it’s secure fit isn’t secure. But on the upside it’s not terribly expensive to replace as long as I get a year or more out of it. So far I have about 8 sheets plus a pencil holder in it. It suits my needs well. There is plenty of room without being too bulky. Excellent product.

Great item if you do a lot of work with A5 paper. (I recommend it, A5 saves space and printer ink.) If I put a stack of A5 paper in a drawer, it's going to get messed up, and if it's out in the open that's even worse; so this clipboard is a good case to keep the paper immaculate. Yes there are other ways to deprive a printer of things to complain about, and I do use lots of clipboards for their natural purpose. The clip for the "now" and the storage section for the "later" stuff. This item has a good strong clip and a cord that will stretch for pens of different calibers, and can also serve to hang the clipboard on a wall hook (I am running out of room in my home office, and desk clutter can be eliminated with a well-deserved hanging.) Appreciated the range of colors offered.

In planning out my first Iron Butt trip I needed a way to hold the receipt next to my odometer and to store the receipts so that they would not get damp or fly away between stops. This is just the right size to display the receipt, provide a solid writing surface, hold my pen, and then store the receipt for each required stop along my journey. It isn't to thick so it easily fits into my tank bag for quick storage. It isn't waterproof but my tank bag is so it didn't get wet during the rain storms I drove through. Good fit for my use case.
