Very nice pulley system to help regain shoulder flexibility!
A shoulder pulley system was recommended by my physical therapist to help me recover from rotator cuff surgery - it assists in passive arm raises, which is needed during the initial therapy sessions. This product was the right price, well made, and is very easy to use. The strap allows it to be secured to the top of a door very easily, and the pulley rolls smoothly. The handles work well, and the length of the cord can be easily adjusted to your personal needs.

Exactly like what Physical Therapy uses
This is convenient for post-op shoulder surgery. They use this in Physical Therapy and has helped significantly with at home use for Range of Motion exercises they assign. Smooth and easy set up and use.

Excellent for Frozen Shoulder Exercises
Super easy to use for anyone working on maintaining or improving shoulder mobility. I'd say I loved using it but frozen shoulder is painful. This pulley helped me to do all my physical therapy exercises at home & get me healing more quickly. Hooks on the door very easily & stays put while the door is closed. Pulley slides very smoothly & makes doing all your exercises easy as possible to perform.

Simple design, does what a pulley and rope should do.
It does exactly what it's supposed to. I was hoping there would be a little tension but there isn't. Very basic. It does stay on the door well. Very smooth movement.

Its a simple device that has given me range of motion and reduced pain. It works.
This pulley unit was recommended by my PT and OT therapists for a rotator cup injury. It hooks over a door...and using it i have recovered range of motion and reduced pain to almost nothing. Its a simple device that can gave me use of my arm back...its was a really good investment.

High quality materials
Perfect-it stays put over the door without leaving a mark. It was easy to shorten the rope-once I had it the right length I used scissors to cut off the excess and a lighter to seal the edges of the rope. The pulley runs very smooth. Nicer than the one I use at the physical therapy center. Handles are very comfortable to hold.
