I LOVE THIS KIT I cannot wait to use it and decorate! Each item is exactly like the photo and great quality for the price.I added the dollar bill for size reference.The birthday "party-hat" is made with very soft materials and did not irritate my daughter. The elastic band (alone) is about 12 and a quarter inch and the "hat" itself is roughly 4 inches so no worries for it being too small! The tiny roses are made of a very soft, foam-like, material.The star banner appears to be extremely durable. The thread is sewn through and down the middle of each star. The color pattern is as shown.The brown banner is a paper-board like material with printed hearts/letters. The tiny white roll inside the bag is the hanging ribbon.The balloon bag contains 10 white and 10 rose-pink balloons. (I have not inflated any yet)There are 6 paper fans. Each fan has double-sided adhesive attached to their spine. They are also equipped with a string and each come with a white paper clip. I appreciate the fact that they come with multiple hanging options! The designs are as shown (*large: 1 solid pink, 1 stripe *medium: 1 solid pink, 1 Chevron/diagonal stripe *small: 1 solid pink, 1 checker-board design)I will definitely recommend this kit!

I've been looking for the birthday decoration for my baby girl's birthday for a long time, I can't find one that I love it. Finally I found this one. First of all, the quality of this product is great. Everything was perfect and the crown was super cute on my little baby girl. Definitely worth what I spent in it.

Great set! The balloons were thick and sturdy. The rest of the decorations were also made of good quality paper. Really looked awesome together. Definitely recommend this as a great buy.

I always bought decoration stuff separately at walmart or party city, but it will end up being pretty pricey at the end, because I would get banners, decorations, tissue papers to make flowers, and balloons, etc. I was able to save SO MUCH money by purchasing this package, and I only had to get some extra balloons and a helium tank, but that was all, and I was able to focus on the layout of the decoration more than ever, because not only did it save my money but also TIME too!! The only reason why I gave this a 4-star and not 5, is because mine came with 2 balloons with holes, so they didn't inflate. It wasn't a big deal since I bought extra balloons, but still couldn't give a perfect 5-star for that reason. Any how, I am very satisfied with this purchase, and my niece LOVED it!! :) and my sister (the mom of the bday girl) was amazed when she saw the decoration!! Thank you :)
