These shoes are great. Excellent quality and look good. Priced very competitively and so much less than high street retailers. The shoes were delivered in ultra quick time as well. Given a rating of four stars. Why not five stars ? I found the shoe size was an issue. I was about to go away on holiday and wanted to take a pair of these shoes with me. I'd read a few reviews and there was a view that some sizes weren't what you would expect. I therefore ordered two sizes to be sure I had a pair to take away with me. Both pairs unforunately didn't fit. I returned them the same day via Amazon - very easy process. They confirmed the cancellation and the money was back on my credit card very quickly.

Ich habe vor 30 Jahren das erste Mal diesen Klassiker von Timberland gekauft. Er hielt auch fast so lange und war immer sehr bequem. Nun wurde es Zeit für einen Nachfolger. Da ich bereits in einem Ladengeschäft festgestellt hatte, das auf die Größenangaben nur bedingt Verlass ist, habe ich mehrere bestellt, in der Hoffnung, dass wenigstens einer davon passt. Leider nein: Alle (!) drückten unangenehm, selbst wenn die Länge reichlich war. Das Fussbett bot früher Unterstützung, nun ist es fast nutzlos. Und der Clou: Auf die Größenangaben kann man nichts geben. Das Modell in 44 war tatsächlich kleiner als das in 43! Nicht nur der Zuschnitt, auch das Leder selbst ist nicht mehr von der Qualität wie ehedem. Fazit: Ich muss mich wohl bei einem anderen Hersteller umsehen. Allzuviel Hoffnung, das es da besser aussieht, habe ich allerdings nicht, denn die Qualität ist m. E. auch bei anderen Markenherstellern die letzten Jahre z. T. rapide gesunken. Offenbar Resultat der Verlagerung der Produktion in Billglohnländer...

Arrivate oggi con un anticipo di oltre 2 gg dalla data di consegna stimata(quindi ottimo). Non proprio soddisfatto al 100% per la qualità delle scarpe...(c'è da dire però che le ho comprate col 40% di sconto) Confrontandole con un paio di uguali,(ma vecchie di qualche decennio fa), la qualità di queste nuove mi sembra ottima, ma ci sono tante piccole imperfezioni... Si vedono dalle foto alcune parti di scarpa un po' rovinate(come se fossero delle spellature) e le cuciture non sono proprio perfette... Purtroppo sembrano davvero di seconda scelta (però il pellame al tatto mi sembra di ottima qualità). Vedremo col tempo se resisteranno come le altre....Aggiornamento del 5/8/21...dopo avere fatto qualche km a piedi confermo che le scarpe sono ottime e calzano alla perfezione!!!
