Been taking this for about a week now and man I can tell a difference. I take one in the morning after breakfast, and another after lunch. So far no issues, but wow the energy levels, the clarity, the....drive....haha...WOW. I didn't do any blood tests to compare levels before and after, but I can FEEL that certain drives only a man gets are definitely through the roof with this stuff. Both brains are fully awake haha. We have been taking this supplement for quite a while and the shilajit taste always turns off my husband from taking the gummies, even though the benefits are great. I was excited to see this mens supplement, and I was hoping that the shilajit in capsule form would not taste as strong. It turned out to be right, there is no taste with these capsules and they’re super easy to take. My husband has been taking them daily and he said he really noticed an improvement in his energy and he doesn’t have his standard 2 PM slump.

So, any review on a product like this is necessarily going to be pretty personalized, unless you have a pharmacological lab. I don't, but I can tell you that I've noticed better sleep and easier breathing as I bike. The capsules are a little larger that some, but nothing too unusual and certainly not difficult to swallow.
