Is the Veggetti BPA- free?

I emailed Customer Service and they said yes it is BPA-Free.

Would zucchini noodles replace regular noodles in chicken noodle soup, or would they fall apart?

My friend dehydrates zucchini slices to use in soups and even after cooking two days they hold together nicely so I have started dehydrating them to use in my soups because with them in the vegetable soup I didn't miss the meat... I am going to try doing that with the noodle cuts too

Does this brand include a cleaning brush like some of the other brands shown?

No it didn't. But the design allowed me to use my regular dishwashing brush, the type that dispenses soap, cleaning was easy. hope that helps.

調理器具に色移りは感じ悪い

届いたのが旅行に出かける直前でしたので、使えるかどうか試してはいませんが、見た目には問題なかろうと思います。ただこれは欧米人の感性なんでしょうが、本体に緑色の塗料がついていました。多分同封の説明書から移ったものと思います。洗っても取れないので逆に安全だと思いますが、調理器具なので色移りは、あまり気持ちのいいものではないですね。

使い物にならず

ズッキーニパスタを作りたくて購入しましたが、全く綺麗にパスタ状にはならずズッキーニは刃につまりボロボロ、私のやり方が悪いのかと思い説明書を読んで再度とらいしましたが、(英語だったとおもいます。)、上手く行かず仕舞いには刃が取れました。使った１日目にして使い物にならなくなりました。本体も汚れがあり、とっても残念な買い物をしたと思いました。
