I bought this for my Wyze 360 pan scan camera to use as pictured. Bad design, it relies on the friction of the usb plug to hold the entire system up. Mine lasted 5 seconds, before it all tumbled to the ground.My advise, if your looking for a mount at the wall plug and this might be all that's out there.- Hot glue this plastic contraption to your outlet plate, these electrical cover plates are 69 cents to replace. I did this.- bend the prongs on the usb power plug to create a tighter fit.- place a box under it with padded material for when your camera falls to the floor.This could have been fixed by making the center screw the hold the place, also hold this device. Design flaw!

The camera is too heavy to be supported by a plug with no ground. Dont buy this unless you are ok with your cam falling to the floor within minutes of installation. I tried bending the power plug prongs outward so it didnt come unplugged so easily, bought me maybe 3 additional seconds before it came crashing down. Design doesn't allow for an outlet face removal, then the unit screwed into place with the outlet cover screw, either. I guess if you have a 3 pronged power plug you might have success (ive never seen one), but definitly not with the 2 prong power plug that comes with the camera. I really have to question any positive review of this product, im mechanically inclined and dont see any way to turn this into something useful.

Great concept but that's all it should have been. The item has a hard time staying attached to the wall socket. I guess it's ok if you are wanting to use the camera without drilling holes and want to reinstall every other week. I got tied of that I placed hot glue between the stand and socket plastic plate seemed to work for a tad longer. Finally felt I needed to switch over to a more permanent fixture.

Good concept, but it just doesn’t work. It fits too loosely into the socket that it literally falls out.

This is pretty much worthless out of the box. It relies on just the two prongs of the adapter plug to hold the entire thing in place, and the Wyze pan cam is too heavy for that. If you want to get it to work, you'll need a longer outlet plate screw and a washer or combination of them. Even with that, it's on the flimsy side.If you do opt to purchase this and keep it, which only the dumbest of us (including me) would do after reading reviews, also be warned that access to your camera's micro SD port and setup buttons is gone once you've screwed the whole contraption together and put it in place, so be sure to do all of that stuff before you mount it. Finally, it's a real flusterpuck trying to get the outlet screw, washer(s), mounting bracket, mounting screw, cord, plug, etc. all in order at the same time, so be prepared to be a little frustrated and annoyed.

As other raters have said, It will fall out, of wall receptacle. Even a new tight fitting one! The mount needs glue, Velcro, or tape.Some way, to keep camera, and mount, from falling to the floor! This flaw is huge, and until they have and easier way too, fix this?I can’t recommend. If you glue it, then yes it can work!

The concept is fantastic, but this thing really needs to be screwed in. After some period of time it comes crashing downEdit: I ended up using command strips to make this stick, with the added depth, the plug's connection is barely there, but it works. another potential fix could be a longer than normal plug end, but I don't see that happening

You will NEVER find a better bang for your buck EVER. Are they the best? No, but they are for the money. The adage "you get what you pay for" DOES NOT APPLY.I've had them 6 months and never had an issue connecting via my phone or tablet. Picture quality isn't 4K (they don't claim it is) , but for household use it's more than acceptable.If you want to just look in when you're out, check in on the kids or the dog, or even go back and check to see exactly what time someone walked in the door, this camera is GREAT.It pans, it follows, it switches from day- to night-mode automatically. It records (audio & video), it sends you alters, it works perfectly with IFTTT. You can check recordings online. You can take the videos off your SD card. It does EVERYTHING they say it does. I have Z-E-R-O complaints after 6 months.

I have installed several wired security systems (Lorex, etc) at my offices and family homes over the years. This system would have saved me a lot of time and money as it is so easy to use and install. Great wide angle viewing with 2 way communication. Affordable. One needs to consider where to mount as it needs a nearby plug for USB charging ... extension cords are available for longer mount distances from power. Each cam allows for its own SD card. The Pan cam version is a bit noisy but the pan feature can be disabled. Many options in firmware set up. Firmware updates a bit bothersome but easy enough to do.

The bracket works for holding the camera. The problem is that it relies on the plug to hold it in place. If you don't have a plug that is tight then it falls off. My solution was to crazy glue it onto the plug faceplate. The faceplate is screwed to the plug so it holds it on. If I move it I just switch the faceplates on the plugs. The item should be a couple dollars cheaper because of the cost for a faceplate and the design does not work perfect.

The charging plug's prongs have to be threaded through slits in the device. This reduces the available length of the plug prong by the thickness of the back plate stabilizing extension. I have a GFCI outlet and with this device, the plug would not securely stay in the outlet and the mount does not stay in place

Falls out of plug. Not a good design at all. Not even using it anymore.

This product has already broken. I’ve only had it just over3 months. I want my money back

Cut up a pop bottle and it would do the job as well and just as sturdy.

this product was cheaply made and could not hold your camera. It will constantly fall.

Great quality, but it wont hold the weight. You have to use taoe or something.

This product does not stay in the wall. I had to use double sided tape to keep it in place.
