Works well. Great customer service!
Great product! We bottle little plastic milk containers to put our drinks in and they fit perfectly into the cooling cup. Keeps it cold very well!

Too small. No control of light.
As usual, I should have looked at the dimensions. The steel cup they show in all the pics looks tall right? Think again. It's 3.5 inches tall. So therefore it keeps the bottom half of my drink cold. Not big enough in diameter to put any size cup in. For example a coffee cup. Only way it works is to put your drink directly in the very small, thin cup. Better have a fridge close by for refills. Kinda defeats the purpose huh? Lastly the LED ring is way too bright, and for some reason, you can't turn them off or dim them.

This gadget’s been a cool addition to my little desktop corner. The lighting is subtle but adds some personality, and switching between cooling and heating is as easy as touching the panel. The cup feels professional, like something from a fancy drink setup. I poured juice into it just to try, and it cooled way faster than a mug would.

Put your favorite drink on it. They'll keep your drink ice-cold for a long time. Plus, they look beautiful! I'm very satisfied with this purchase. The price and quality are perfect.
