Awesome product! I was very skeptical of ordering this brand - BUT the “Very well known” brand I usually purchase was out of stock. I am SO happy I ordered these. I was concerned that the high arch part would be uncomfortable…but no worries at all! These come off easily to be in repositioned to fit your specific arch needs. They are excellent and very comfortably - At a fraction of the price of the popular well known brand. Each pair of arch supports are on a plastic piece that you peel off. These are Very easy to take off and reposition - even inside fabric sneakers! Each support says if it is for the Left or Right! These stay in place!! These can be removed and replaced. These can be rinsed off and remain just as sticky as if new! I love these. They are my new GO TO for arch supports in all my shoes! I haven’t tried them in my heeled pumps yet. However - Sneakers and flats I’ve tried and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND! ***last photo is of these supports inside a sneaker.

Unfortunately ended up with Plantar fasciitis and with the cost of proper shoes being outta my financial grasps, I came across these. Absolutely 💯% helped my foot issues. I wear Flip-flops in the warmer months and tested to see if these would help. They did! They are in my work shoes, everyday shoes and I even went as far as adding them to my slippers!😉 Easy to switch them over to another show as well.

Material is good, but it does not stick to sole. Adhesive is weak. Otherwise does the intended job.

Stayed intact throughout the day. I have extremely flat feet so I would’ve liked more support but still worked pretty good.
