This puts out a lot of light, but having to mount it on the handle of my Weber Genesis means that the back corners don't get a lot of light. But, hey, how often do you fill the grill to the corners? The majority of the grilling surface is very well lit, however, and makes grilling in the dark hours a snap. The only problem is the light itself is heavy and tends to flop. There is no adjustment for this, but when in use, it flops to the right spot, so . . .

The light is very bright and has held up. The problem is if it is hooked on the grill handle (where else could it be?), the ball and socket joints are not flexible enough to allow the light to shine on the food, which kind of defeats the purpose. I know what my shoes look like; I want to see if the food it done, which is why I bought it. If they put this on a flex neck, it would be awesome but it doesn’t really do what it was designed to do.

This photos in the advertising of this product are deceiving. It appears that you get more light on the grill than you actually do. The light does not rotate / angle enough to get the grill surface. I used on my Traeger elite and the air vent cover wouldn’t let the cover fully close with the light. I bought 2, one for my Traeger and the other for my Charbroil. The Charbroil has a oval like handle so it wasn’t even close. THIS LIGHT WILL ONLY WORK IF YOUR HANDLE IS ROUND AND THE COVER STOPS AT 90 DEGREES OPEN. All that being said, the light itself is decent. I would not recommend.

This is great in so many ways, nice bright light, fits under grill cover, easy to install, etc. But it broke after just a couple months. We have been gentle on it, but the clasp where it attaches to the grill broke. We were able to temporarily fix it but it has broken again. Not worth the trouble. We'll buy something with magnets or something better.

Didn’t fit on our wood pellet grill but he through away the box so I couldn’t return

Recipient was happy to use product for his computer keyboard or than the grill for which I purchased for. 😜
