My stock gx470 keys twisted apart while cranking. This is a nice American made aftermarket solution to the problem. I was able to switch the guts over in 2-3 minutes. The transferred pieces fit nice and snug. This case feels solid and looks like it will stand the test of time. Its a good value and I would recommend this case to anybody with the same era Lexus key.

My keyfob for my 2010 FJ Cruiser cracked. I had run across this company before browsing the internet, so I gave it a try. First, I’m a web developer, so I’m hyper-sensitive to how websites look and the user experience. Their website is excellent, they have short tutorial videos on how to swap your key into their new unit. You’ll need a razor knife and a small Philips screwdriver. Quality is excellent, the fob is well-made and has some actual weight to it. They’re also color-matched to your vehicle, so that’s kinda cool. What made everything even better was the quality of the videos.

So far, so good. 2008 FJ Cruiser. The OEM key FOB broke and so did another one I purchased on Amazon. I knew I needed a sturdier design that could withstand the natural twisting forces that occur starting and turning off the FJ. The AJT case walls feel thick and strong, and having screws on all four corners will hopefully provide a much stronger design than the original. I am very impressed with the perfect fit of my key into the FOB shape-wise. I used both of the provided shims to prevent some wobble of the key inside the case (basically, my key base was not quite thick enough to fit tightly between both sides of the clam shell design, but AJT has accounted for this and the provided shims eliminated the wobble entirely). I appreciate the rugged design, and the allen bolts/screws are a nice touch. Here's hoping I'll never have to replace the case again.

I love this key replacement for my FJ Cruiser🌸. The key fob cover looks great and fits perfectly. I really appreciate the thickness — it gives me a better grip and feels durable. It was super easy to assemble, and everything works as it should. Very functional and sleek. Definitely recommend this if you want something that not only works but also looks awesome.
