Good shoe, good price
Ordered these in a pinch for a last minute high track meet. They shipped fast and are good quality. My son has ran 2 track meets in them and said they are great.

Perfect middle distance track spike
I am a track coach, and finding a middle distance track shoe is a difficult undertaking… this spike has enough padding in for those runners who do touch down with their heel as they run, which is almost certain for the 1 and 2 mile runners, but it is still very light and provides what 800 Meter runners need as well. It also has enough arch support and stability to help avoid sheen splints… I tried this show on my own son who also runs the 800 and 1600 meters. He has been nursing moderate sheen splints and would get blisters after hard races. On his second race wearing this spikes, he improved 5 seconds on the 800m and 11 seconds in the 1600m, finishing 2nd in his district championship…. No blister and no sheen pain. As a coach, I have started to recommend this spike to all my middle distance runners and my son will be using them in every race now. I Highly recommend it, and the try-it- before-you-buy- it program is just genius…. I ordered a 9 1/2 which didn’t fit my son, and returning it was very easy and convenient

There’s pink inside shoe and tongue. Not expecting that and my son wasn’t impressed with pink on it

Excellent Spikes!
I got these to run in the snow during the winter and to do track workouts. I got 1/8" pyramid stainless steel spikes and added some anti-seize. I just double up on the socks and go for my run during the winter with the snow and ice. So far, no slips and falls yet!

Returned!
The shoes arrived in a Nike box size 10. These are not Nike and are size 13. The shoes had obviously been used - dirty and missing spikes. Horrible!
