I received totally defected RGB light it's not evening working at all it supposed to work as connected to USB port of tv but it didn't work at well even after set up many times I need replacement

I bought in sep 22 , remote stopped working after 4 weeks , others are perfect, music sync available but only for downloaded songs not streaming like apps on Spotify, you want a light sync with music you want to download it !

When I received this Gesto RGB LED strip, the plastic was already broken, and the strip itself was very small and extremely cheap quality. It feels like a toy, not a gaming accessory. The music sync is absolute trash. It does NOT sync with TV sound at all. I bought this specifically to enhance my PS5 gaming experience on TV, but there is no TV audio sync feature. The only way the “music sync” works is through the mobile app using your phone’s microphone. That means you literally have to open your phone and strap it near the TV speakers so it can catch the sound. This is ridiculous and completely impractical. What’s the point of a TV backlight if it can’t sync with TV audio directly? This product is a waste of money. Don’t buy it. Even if you get it for free, throw it in the trash bag. I would’ve given it 0 stars, but unfortunately that option doesn’t exist. It doesn’t even deserve this 1 star.

Easy to install, Wire is good length wise and functional is ok, it's suits for mobile device only, I am using it on my computer where I play games but it didn't snyc with game and music sound in computer, it's only connect with application provided music, even it's not showing in my PC bluetooth list, oo if you use manual by application normal use not more than than, remote is not working, Light brightness and glow is good, wire quality is good, u can't you it with other device I didn't try with tv but I try with mobile and PC and it's not working in PC
