We purchased two of these in November of this year and they have both stopped charging not only our phones, but also the pack themselves won't charge when plugged in. Since a 100% satisfaction guarantee is advertised, I sent several emails to the seller to see how we could replace the chargers or request a refund, but have had no acknowledgment or reply. I would not recommend this to anyone - the first lasted less than a month and the second failed after less than two months.

Very good battery life but once dried up mine wouldn’t charge anymore. It sucks cause my return window was closed just 2days ago

Broke after 6 hrs of use

Has a really high pitched squealing when it's got a cord plugged into it. Couldnt stand it for more than 3 mins. The squealing stops once you unplug the cords from it. That means it's really bad connections and cheaply made, dont buy it.

It's really great to be able to charge your phone on the go without being plugged into the wall or a computer. We bought this so we could take it to Disneyland and keep our phones charged while we're out. It charges pretty quickly as well! I like that you only need a USB connection to charge on this device, so it's compatible with all of our phones and devices as well. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that it's rather heavy, and that can be a drawback as it will weigh down your travel bag. Otherwise, great product!

It takes longer to charge my phone with this battery pack than the wall charger. Really disappointed.

We used this battery for the first time last weekend (at Pax South), and it was more than up to the task. We charged 2 iphones at a time, and it had no problem filling up both batteries at once. We actually had 3 iphones (2 older SEs, 1 brand new Xs), and took turns charging them whenever we were still for a bit (2 lowest phones got the battery). Judging from the built in battery level LED, we never used more than half the battery capacity (stayed at 3 out of 4 bars, but when charging, bars 3 and 4 were blinking, so I think that means we used between 25 and 50%, probably?).

Solid build on this product. Led light showing battery remaining helps. My only issue with this and I almost sent it back was the wire it came with to charge won't sit right in the port so when you put it down it stops charging. Managed to find an extra type b charger wire in the house and that seems to fit it snug so no issues now. Since our phones are Type C finding a Type B without buying one was a little frustrating but it worked so its fine. Only been using it for a week but sobfar no other issues..

A little bulkier and heavier than I'd like. Using to power a heated safety jacket. Not sure if it is supposed to but seems to power its self off after 15 mins or so. Need it to keep running for several hours in this application. Need to try it longer before I feel like I could give a good opinion.

Bought 2 of these battery packs. One for my spouse and there other for me. I use mine to charge my phone where she uses hers to power a heated vest. She can run the battery back about 5 days at 10 hours total before she needs to charge it.
