EVERYONE IN THE FAMILY NEEDS THESE IN THEIR VEHICLES...and other thoughts
Very bright, good selection of alternating patterns to use. Nice instruction sheet included with helpful tips on proper placement. I plan to carry one in my daypack for extra peace of mind when hiking in the fickle weather of the Pacific Northwest. They only weigh 6oz each with batteries. I'll order more for all my other vehicles as soon as they become available again. My only suggestion to Marcala would be to have 4 in a set instead of 3. Seems like a better ratio to distribute near your vehicle. Shout out to Liana at Marcala’s customer service for her quick response and alternate plan should my box be lost forever in the postal purgatory. Fortunately the box eventually showed up. Huge appreciation to the postal workers who keep showing up to work in the worst conditions and push those boxes from one side of the country to the other. I spent time shopping the various vendors who sell these type of lights. After sifting through fake reviews as well as those written by the chronically miserable who would complain that water is too wet, I chose to purchase from Marcala based on the selection of product and overall positive feedback. I leave it to you as a consumer to choose who to order from. I happened to have a great experience with Marcala considering the current climate of poor customer service everywhere. And now I will give a review of the reviewers... To anyone who is in EMS, or on a road crew, or is a professional driver: Please go easy on the harsh reviews. These LED lights are not designed for daily deployment and abuse that your professions see on a regular basis. I don't know if they would be a great addition to your industrial level gear or are capable of enduring the rigors of First Responders jobs. But to be dismissive and relegate them to a "junk" category does a disservice to the everyday person that these were designed for. We need to encourage people to adopt basic and easy to use tools to have in their vehicle while they wait for help to arrive. The K.I.S.S. principle applies to these products (Keep It Simple, Stupid). LED pucks are targeted for a broad audience. Example: Your sweet little grandma or grandpa or your teenager with limited driving experience. Who wants their elderly parents or teenager standing on the side of the road under cold windy or rainy conditions struggling to light a 30-minute flare after having a tire blow out? Most roadside services/tow trucks take a lot longer than 30 minutes to reach them. Meanwhile, the 3 flares that were set in place have long been extinguished before the tow truck arrives. The LED lights offer an added measure of safety. If these lights are the only item carried or part of a network of traditional flares and triangles, SOMETHING in the vehicle is BETTER THAN NOTHING! A safety item can only be useful if a person is comfortable using it. Lots of chatter and questions from reviewers about lumens and brightness. LED technology, like all technology, improves exponentially every year both in lumen output and price point. Are these as bright as a hot flare? Probably not. Nor does an apple taste like an orange either. Don’t get hung up on lumens. I can attest that these are very bright and should do well in alerting other drivers to avoid your disabled vehicle or draw attention to SAR if lost in the woods or desert or mountain peak. My advice to potential buyers: Buy now and buy the new and improved later on. Buy them for all your vehicles and family. They’re affordable enough to do so. Keep extra batteries. Remember, nothing is built to last 20 years or even 5 years for that matter. And stop expecting these to be seen from the Space Station when it orbits overhead. Safe travels, DW

Excellent Product!!!
I bought two 12 packs (one for each car). They come in a very decent carrying case. With that I decided to make them part of my road gear and carry them with me in my tractor trailer also. My very 1st trip with them and I lost an air line on a small mountain road at night in a bad curve, and without air, I wasn’t moving. I can only say WOW!!! Because of their size and ease of deployment (along with the fact that I had 12) I was able to quickly secure and mark the area. They were super bright and preformed even better than I had hoped. A state trooper stopped and commended me on the marking of the sight. Left me with a handful of flairs in case the batteries died. Which 3 hours later when the mechanic got the air line fixed they were all still going bright. I gave the mechanic the flairs 😃. Highly recommend these, and hope you never need them, but if you do you will be glad you have them!

Great but didn't receive flashlight or seatbelt cutter
Got these instead of flares because they are more visible and out here in the west, they don’t pose the risk of wildfire that flares can present. They seem sturdy, bright and the magnet on the back is nice. Hook on the back can also be used to hang or prop up the lights. Flashlights on each disc are also useful. I would have given them five stars but I didn’t receive the other items in the package - no seatbelt cutter, no separate flashlight and no multitool. It’s not a big deal but it’s annoying. I would have preferred another flare to the extras that I didn’t get.

Emergency Roadside Safety Kit
After being in the middle of a freeway with just my phone light and another civilian trying to direct traffic away from an accident, I realized that I needed a little bit more in my car to help with roadside emergencies. I found Marcala and their roadside flashers. I can't tell you how amazing these things are! Magnetic? Yes! Secure? Yes? 9 different settings? Yes! These things are amazing and the kit that I got was an amazing price - 6 flashers, a whistle, 2 keys for needs like a phillips head or flat, 2 extra batteries, and a tool that both cuts a seatbelt and can break glass. I would highly recommend this emergency roadside kit for any parent with a kid who's just started driving, anyone that drives in inclement weather, and well... anyone. Everyone needs this small, compact, and easy-to-use emergency kit. Marcala - you've made the best that I have found and thank you! Notes for potential buyers: They are magnetic and will stick to your car securely They have a stand on the back so that they will be upright against traffic 9 settings 1 of the settings is a VERY bright LED white light You can train each one on different settings depending on your situation Get this ... you will not be disappointed

Safety is everything
Everybody needs to have plans for emergency situations so that the problems could be solved efficiently without causing any further damage. These emergency car flares can be very handy and possibly life saving if just in case your car breaks down and you need to warn the traffic so that they don't hit you or your vehicle. I like this product because it is very easy to use. Lights are very bright, visible from distance and could be used in different patterns. It looks very well made and seems like it is made to last. Inbuilt magnets help with secure placement on the vehicle. Highly recommended!

Good value
These LED flares are impressive. Quick to deploy in an emergency. Luminous. Good magnetic grip. A practical alternative to cones and ignited flares.
