Cryoderm Heat 4oz Lotion

You really dont need a lot . a little rubbed in well goes a long way and it stays hot for hours. Out beats any OTC products. Be careful not to put it on Any cuts or scratches that haven't healed. I use this one and the cryoderm (cold) gel, at different time obviously, both work fantastic!!!! Helps with muscles spasums in my lower back and rotator cuff surgery pain in my shoulder. Make sure you wash your hands really well after use, it burns the nose and eyes if you touch them accidentally .Hope you feel better!

Love this stuff. Be a little careful, Test first, Use sparingly at first to test on your skin, gets really hot. Takes a couple washings with dish soap to remove. Don't take a hot bath with it on. Don't get on sensitive tissue or in your eyes. I Used for stiff back muscles. Also used while sking to keep muscles warm/hot and promote flexibility and reduce potential strain (Hamstrings, around my hips, around my knees, and my lower back).

I've used this in the past on my shoulder while lifting. I'm a heavy lifter and this was recommended to me from a friend who does power lifting. It's similar to an icy hot but with much more intense heat and no icy feeling. It worked well on my shoulder and lasts for hours. The downfall to this is even after a shower it still lingers for a while. They say to try it on test spots to see how your body reacts to it. I didn't do that for my hamstrings and paid the price. I like it for my shoulder but I will never use on my hamstrings again. I put it on my hamstrings in the afternoon and it felt great. However hours and hours later I went to bed. I woke up at about 1130 because my legs felt like they were on fire. I put an ice pack on them but that didn't help. I washed them off with soap and tried going back to bed. That didn't work. So then I jumped in the shower and took a freezing cold shower and washed them again. I then grabbed another ice pack and was able to fall back asleep after midnight. I would strongly advise testing this on ALL different body parts before fully using it. And always shower before you go to bed. I would not recommend using this after the shower (if you shower at night or after working out).

There is only one person in our house of 8 who's skin isn't irritated by this lotion. My 3 boys, all involved in sports and two of them teenagers, say they'd rather deal with the sore muscles over the burning skin. Only my husband's skin isn't affected, so he's the only one to appreciate any benefit.

This is probably a little on the strong side but I found it to have be an effective pain reliever with soothing properties that promote increased circulation. I also bought the freezing version which is not as intense but equally effective. I had some deep tissue muscle injuries that were very painful. This helped me a lot without the side effects of pharmaceutical versions which I avoid like the plague whenever I can!!

DO NOT use if you have sensitive skin. Have used the cryoderm cooling gel with no issue. Tried this on legs of my soccer player. Extreme burning when took a shower 3 hours after application. Caused extreme red areas. Used cold water and soap multiple times to get rid of burning. Also used aloe on the areas. Be careful!

This stuff works but when you take a shower the next morning it burns your skin like fire. Better wash your skin off with soap and cold water before turning on the hot water.

was given some Cryoderm Cold packets from a physical therapist to take home and they worked great. ordered more on line and saw the Thermoderm so got some of it is well. This stuff really works, last long, is odorless and clean. Tiger Balm works great but stains clothes, this works even better without the mess.
