It doesn’t taste as good as fresh black truffle but does add more flavor when it is cooked (I added it to garlic and green onion mashed potatoes). Even just from sometime in microwave, it makes it taste 10 times better, especially when paired with red meat (I put the truffle mashed potatoes in the microwave and then put the meat next to it and used the mashed potatoes as a dipping for said meat which added TONS of flavor to it).

Wow it's soo flavorful and amazing! It tastes like restaurant truffle product and definitely worth it to elevate any dish. The one caveat is that it expires 20 days after opening and you must refridgerate it, so buy the correct size according to your needs!

Tasty truffle sauce

I was introduced to truffle egg fried rice by a Michelin restaurant in HK, and I haven't looked back. Way to take a peasant dish to the next level. Cook egg fried rice as usual (only use overnight leftover rice). Add truffle spread once fully cooked or after reheating. This spread is not too oily and adds a lot of flavor to the rice being being overpowering if you have other ingredients. I like Applewood smoked ham and black tiger prawns in mine.

12% black truffle, mostly filler, added artificial truffle flavor means they used the 12% to make infusions for higher end product. Upon opening the lid I can mostly smell a heavy porcini stench. This is a product designed to fool people who have not had the real thing. The % of truffle in the product is not in the item description on Amazon listing, but the description leads you to believe there are two ingredients alone: high-grade black truffle and high-grade olive oil, in that order. This is a curated fraud. If I could rate this FRAUD product a 0 and flag it and everything like it for investigation, that is what I would rate it. I worked at Eataly in Boston for roughly a year and ate my fair share of black and white truffle and this, my friends, smells like a slap in the face and a lighter wallet. It smells like someone is laughing at you. It smells like the person laughing at you also just took your money. If you have had truffles before, it smells like rage and an urgent need to read the ingredients list. Burning rubber smells better.

È stato difficile orientarsi tra molti prodotti simili, leggendo anche le recensioni che più che aiutare nella scelta, possono mettere ancora più in difficoltà, alcune palesemente fatte da recensori di professione non specializzati in materia di FOOD. La mia esperienza è super positiva, dalla consegna, all'imballo e ovviamente il prodotto che profuma di qualità e tradizione (sono andato a vedere il sito della rustichella) ed è evidente che abbiamo a che fare con un azienda con radici solide nel mondo del tartufo e della preparazione. Voto massimo ed aggiunto come acquisto periodico su Amazon.

This is a quality product. You only need a small amount as it's very concentrated. It's delicious on scrambled eggs, mashed potatoes, melted cheese, added to soups, and many other dishes. Highly recommended and excellent value for money if you love truffles but not the price.
