Far superior Vitamin E
This is a far superior Vitamin E supplement then anything else on the market. I would highly recommend you take this supplement for your Vitamin E needs. According to the late Dr. Stephen Sinatra (who has a few books out on cardiovascular disease especially the one on "The Great Cholesterol Myth, Revised and Expanded: Why Lowering Your Cholesterol Won't Prevent Heart Disease--and the Statin Free Plan that Will), talks about a higher gamma supplement. This Vitamin has all 4 in it, alpha, beta, delta and gamma. I wouldn't use anything less. Also in this book, he talks about fish oil - they are not all alike...in that Squid oil is better for your heart than fish and there is no burp of fish taste. He markets the squid under his name which you can get on Amazon as well.

I love these!
I have used vitamin E for years but I especially love this one because it has tocotrienols and it was a great value compared to other i have used in the past. I use it mainly for brain (migraine) and cardiovascular health but I think an added bonus is that my hair has remained thick and my skin has remained healthy. I keep a capsule in my manicure kit on my nightstand with a small needle hole punched in it. I squeeze a tiny bit out onto my hands before bed each night.

Lowers Triglycerides
I took this along with MegaRed krill oil. My lab tests showed my triglycerides dropped by 45 points in just 6 months! I'd highly recommend it.

The most complete Vitamin E supplement
As a cancer coach, I am always looking for supplements that are especially powerful for people with active cancer. This combination of ALL the vitamin E tocopherols have been shown to be especially effective to prevent reproductive cancer recurrence for women and men. Many vitamin E supplements only provide a selection of the tocopherols - which can, in some cases, be inflammatory on their own. I highly recommend these. Also, if you are getting chemotherapy, these will improve your skin.
