I love this, the color, it processes very quickly and was seamless set up. I got this to replace another computer because it processes slow. It also came with some wonderful accessories. An external hard drive to be exact. It’s my absolute favorite computer!

This product was delivered promptly, and is perfect for my intermediate elementary kids allowing them to get their school work done on clever and iready through the school district. Its light weight and so easy to travel with despite what some of the reviews complained about, the screen looks nice, and while they haven't dropped it yet it does seem to be within the standard range of durable. Also got them set up on all the Google products (easily) but Microsoft was a challenge and half (not a negative to the seller its just a Windows thing) and it meshed well with our wireless router (T-Mobile) and wireless printer connecting easily. This machine is perfect for this use although not robust enough for gaming or graphics programs. When I made my purchase they were offering an external drive with the purchase which is nice since there is not much storage onboard. Just be sure to check when the box arrives that the drive is actually there. Mine was not but the seller fixed the issue upon messaging them.

So far it’s been a great option, it has supported almost all needed software for school. Took away one star because I couldn’t download Zoom.

I guess I’m somewhat bias as I’ve always been an HP fanboy but dollar for dollar I would say this has been a great purchase, it’s definitely no gaming machine but it certainly isn’t a slow laptop either. Applications load up with no issues whatsoever. Never had to force reset this laptop (as of yet). WiFi connects on a dime. Battery hasn’t given me any problems either which was a concern of mine from laptops in the past but I gotta say the technology for batteries has definitely improved. Good bang for the buck, would recommend anyone looking for a decent good looking laptop.

Love the color and design! Speed is awesome especially when it comes with a data storage. Battery life lasts a long. functionality so far so good!

Worth your money

Pros: 1) The laptop is cost-effective and comes with 1 year of Windows and Microsoft 365. 2) It turns on and goes on the internet. 3) All the ports work. 4) The screen works and the colors are nice. Cons: 1) Dual monitor set up will work, but needs effort from you. This laptop has 1 HDMI port, 1 USB C port (which does NOT support a monitor/charging, just data transfer) and 2 USB 3 ports. If you wish to use a dual monitor set up, know that you will need to get creative. You will need a USB 3-HDMI adaptor - and not just any adaptor, it needs to be DisplayLink Certified. This type adaptor is not cheap but it does exist. I should've done more research online about this specific model (hp 14 dq0052dx) before committing to this laptop. 2) Laptop is slow when multitasking. For example, you'll be on a Google Meet call, while also having another tab open for browsing. This is too much for the laptop to handle and your video will get choppy. Also, if you want to blur your background in google meet, this will strain the CPU and cause choppy video.
