I am 5’3” and weigh 128 lbs. I am 75 years old and have had 3 major cervical neck surgeries. I am a back sleeper and side sleeper. I have tried multiple pillows over the years and ultimately been disappointed. This pillow has been a God Send. I feel my neck muscles relax as the pillow fits my neck perfectly. I can turn to either side and it gently supports my neck while allowing my shoulder to be cradled as well. This is a monumental game changer!! I am ordering a second pillow because I never want this product to disappear from Amazon. I sure wish I had found this pillow decades ago. I would have slept better and awakened with zero pain. It is definitely worth the money. I use a regular pillow case and it works just fine with this pillow, I awake pain free!! The pillow size is perfect for my body size. It has two heights and I use the lower height. The only thing I didn’t care for is the off gassing period. It took several days for that stink to go away. I would buy three more to I sure that I will always have this pillow under my neck and head, Also, the head cradle is perfect! Never hesitate to make this purchase. I give a resounding 20 star review!! It’s now February 2026 and here is an exciting update on this fabulous pillow I bought for myself. My husband has Parkinson’s and is bed bound on a lateral rotation hospital bed here at home . I have struggled for years finding a pillow that works. Well, I was watching him turn today in his bed and I thought “Gee, he sleeps on on his back and I had an epiphany. I took my pillow off my bed and placed it under his head. He said this is the most comfortable pillow I have ever tried!! He said he doesn’t have to guard his cervical neck like all the others!! I observed it says in place even when the bed rotates 30 degrees three ways!!’ He fell asleep this afternoon (which he rarely does) and woke up without a stiff neck or neck pain. This pillow is great for a 200 pound man that is 5’9” tall and unable to move any extremity without help or support never two people. Thank God!!

I'm 61. 5'11" and about 190 pounds, I'm in good shape for my age, but always had neck and shoulder pain when I woke up. Honestly, I tried about 10 different pillows. From 250 dollar down pillows to the cheapest stuff I could find at Walmart. Nothing worked. Pain after I got up and stiff neck all day with some days I could barely turn my head. This pillow is supportive but not hard. It's difficult to explain. To me it's the perfect firmness. Your head sinks in but is supported. One thing to know, you can turn this two ways to get the support you like. I use the skinner side of the pillow. I'm not snoring near as much. I'm not waking up with a dry mouth. And another big plus is I can take a nap and feel so refreshed. I'm so giddy I purchased another one to leave in the box so I always have a replacement. I HIGHLY recommend this pillow to try. My friend bought this pillow after it was recommended to her by someone else. She raved about it, so I bought one and it's GREAT! I always had lower back pain when I slept on my back and needed to put a pillow under my knees. The first time I used this pillow, I had no pain in my back and I've been sleeping thoroughly and comfortably the whole night through. The one note I have is that the pillow is not necessarily cooling. It might be a little better than a standard pillow, but should not be considered cooling. Otherwise, it's a great item!
