Yes I really like this. I have severe arthritis in my knees and it will help to strengthen my thighs while watching TV!!!!

A great investment in self-care!
This is a handy little exercise tool. It is very easy to use, it fits well for my thighs and arms, it stays in place (no slippage during exercise), it is sturdy and holds up well to extended use. I have also dropped it a few times (yes I am a bit clumsy) and it has not broken into pieces, so that is also a plus. It functions as it should, the counter on it works and the design seems to be just fine for me anyway. Good value to help work some more challenging areas.
