Package Includes: You will receive One 36 inch (3ft) black latex balloon (the black balloon will ensure the colour of confetti is kept a secret until the big 'POP') The balloon is deflated and you can fill this with air or helium (most florists and card shops will fill this with helium for you for a small charge). Remember to put your confetti inside the balloon before you inflate it! You will receive 2 packs of coloured tissue confetti,1 pink and 1 blue. You will also receive string for tying up the balloon and a balloon weight should you be filling your balloon with helium.
